Is level 40 ($39.99) the highest price tier I can go to in iBooks?
If not, how do I make more tiers available?
If so, is there somewhere on the Apple website that explains that or a support phone number I can call to get an answer on why that is, when Barnes and Noble and Amazon both allow you to set their own prices? If I can't print out an official part of the website that discusses the cap on price tiers, I'll need something other than "they just don't allow it" to tell my superiors.
