Why does C0 sound from the midi when logic connects with it?

It also sounds like a click track when it ir in 'record ready' audio mode.....but stops when I actually start recording.....

I recently started using TouchOSC, but when that is disconnected it still does it.....

Any ideas......I've checked all the metronome settings etc....

Thanks for your help!

Power off your iPad completely and retest... (Not just disconnect..)

Also you may want to trash your Control Surface plist if that doesn't work...

  1. In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder from the menu.
  2. Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field.
  3. Press the Go button.
  4. If you are having trouble with a control surface in Logic Pro, then you may wish to delete the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file from the preferences folder.

Don't forget to restart your Mac after removing that plist...
