Apple Safari bar disappears

The Apple Safari bar at the top of the screen disappears. It reappears when I move the cursor to the top. How can I reset this.

Application is in FullScreen mode.

When an Application is in FullScreen mode Menu bar, Toolbar and Dock will be hidden.

Move the cursor to the top and click the blue double arrow icon to get back to the normal window mode

or press esc key at the top left corner of the keyboard.

Clicking the grey double arrow icon at the top right corner of the window will make window Fullscreen.

Best.
