My iphone5 screen looked obviously yellow than others, and the apple 400 refuse me to exchange saying it's normal to can't see white color on it. I buy it just 5 days ago. My wife's handbag was stolen on my way to apple service center. And I only got refuse. It's so fair.

No, the apple 400 said they can only exchange when their service man ensure that my iPhone have any hardware issue, but the yellow tint normal. Today is the 6th day
that's for an exchange, i think you can return it within 14 days for any reason. return it and get your money back.
I won't buy any apple product for the apple's attitude for the yellow tint screen
why can't you admit the yellow tint screen is a quality problem？
