Does anyone know how to enable "Roaming Voice&Data" on iphone 4s? I can go to Settings-General-Cellular but all that is there is Data Roaming and Enable 3g. I need to enable "Roaming Voice and Data" for travelling abroad. Please Help!

Depends on if your carrier supports it. What carrier are you with?
Contact your carrier to make sure your plan includes international roaming and that it is active.

Yes my carrier supports it because I previously owned a different phone and the Roaming use to work on that phone. Now that I changed to an iphone 4s my carrier is telling me that I need to go to:
Settings>General>Cellular>Roaming Voice&Data ... however my iphone 4s iOS6.0.1 does NOT have "Roaming" option in Cellular. Instead it has: General>Cellular>Cellular Data/Enable 3G/Data Roaming .... but no Roaming Voice&Data.
Thanks, that is what I was told by my carrier. However there is NO roaming option on my iphone 4s. Instead I have:
general>settings>Cellular>Cellular Data and Enable 3G and Data Roaming. THey told me there should also be Roaming Voice&Data but my phone does not give me that option.
Any ideas on how to fix?
I don't know what they're talking about... I've never seen a setting on the iPhone, in any version of iOS, for voice roaming. Only data roaming. Call them back.
@KiltedTim: I have also seen some tutorials on YouTube that have general>settings>Cellular>Roaming Voice & Data for iphone 4s. But mine does not have it as mentioned previously and I just cannot get my roaming to work even though it is enabled by my carrier.
Does anybody know how I can enable this option that is presently not there where it should be as posted before?
Who is your carrier? That's a CDMA specific setting.
@KiltedTim: My present carrier is BTL but I will be travelling to Mexico and on my previous visit there it didn't work. I tried several suggestions like rebooting my iphone, turning off ENABLE 3G, etc... but to no avail. Do you have any suggestions? Really appreciate you trying to help.

BTL as in Belize Telemedia? They are not a supported carrier. Where did you get this phone? It sounds to me like they don't know what they're talking about. The screenshots you posted are specific to a CDMA phone.
With a GSM phone, so long as your account is provisioned for International roaming, you shouldn't have to change anything at all on the phone.

@KiltedTim: Thanks! Yes, as Belize Telemedia. I bought the phone direct from Apple since they now sell factory unlocked iphone 4s phones. Will be travelling to Mexico this weekend, let's see how it works out cause I checked with my carrier and they say that my Roaming is active and enabled. But like i mentioned before, I owned a Samsung GSM phone prior to my iphone GSM and it worked with the same simm card that I am using presently. Unfortunately since my simm card had to be cut to fit the 4s series I can no longer use on my other phone.
