dev-c++

can anyone help me out how do i install dev-c++ in osX10.8.. is dev-c++ compatible with osx..?

MacBook Air, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

dev-c++ is an IDE (integrated development environment) for Windows and Linux. If you want to use it on your Mac you will either need to install one of those operating systems under Boot Camp, or use one of them under a virtualization such as Parallels Desktop.


If you want to write C++ code under the Mac operating system you can do so using XCode, which is free in the Mac app store.
