How do you unlock a lost Ipad
iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1
i have the same problem as my ipad 3 wifi only is stolen and i locked it using icloud.com/find and the theaf is now not able to access the wifi network and then I can't locate my ipad so i just want to remove the lock so he can access the wifi again.. any suggetions ?
Sorry, you can only remote lock. You need to have the iPad physically to unlock.
Yes i have a suggestion for you guys as i did the same with my ipad. Click on the lock button on your iCloud. Enter whatever pasword you like. After confirming the password you will be given the option of displaying a message. write for instance, password = 1354. This message will display when whoever has your ipad enters the wrong lock code.
