Does the iPod connect to other networks? No
Does the iPod see the network? Yes
Any error messages? It says "Unable to connect"
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost. I already did, it did nothing
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. It did nothing I tried
- Power off and then back on the router. I tried didnt work
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings .I tried but didnt work
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections .Ive done all possible but nothing works
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points. Ive done all possible nothing works
