Logic is making a Distortion sound! HELP!

Hi! IM having a bit of a problem wiht logic ATM. Just recently it started making this type of distortion sound when logic is open... it does it when I play my mix and even when its not playing. It even bounce out with that sound. Heres a short clip that I put up on my website so you can hear. its right in the beginning and at 0.25

WHAT IS THAT? And what can you do about it?
This happens on other mixes as well but this example should be enough.
