I bought coins for a slot game which has not downloaded as of yet. What can I do. They have not responded to my emails. It has been three days

Who did you contact, the developer or iTunes support ? If you haven't tried contacting iTunes support then you can do so via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
