When I boot up my macbook/snow leopard I can't get past the light blue logo with the spinning wheel. Using the install disc I still get stuck with light blue/spinning. Please help me. Thank you.

Did you use the disc that came with your computer? If that is the case, your disc is damaged and you will need to order replacements from Apple - US (800) 767-2775 for a nominal fee. You'll need to have the model and serial number of your Mac available.
