I can't register my "Pro" registration code in QuickTime 7 for windows

I have purchased, in the past, QuickTime Pro for Windows. I have a 20 digit registration code. I have upgraded my Quicktime software to version 7.7.3.

When following directions on registering my version to achieve "Pro", the registration code is rejected as invalid registration. I have followed the "Trouble Installing iTunes or QuickTime for Windows" instructions found at http://support.apple.com...

This doesn't work. Is Apple trying to get me to re-purchase "Pro?" My origingal Order Number is: W63058913 purchased on Jul 09, 2009 for QT 7 Pro.

I reinstalled QT version 7 twice.

You'll need to contact Apple suppport. Nobody here can help you with this.

copy the registration details from the purchase email from Apple then paste it into the required fields.

You need the correct registered to and the registration code information

This information must be exact, the full name like Mr H Smith must be completed.
