I have air port extream working. Would like to have airport express working for music in other room, but can get the amber light to stop, or for it to be seen by the mac(10.75)
i mac intel/duo, Mac OS X (10.5.7)
Which type of Express do you have? Have you gone to the WiFi fan and clicked 'AirPort Express...'?
I have model # A1084. I don't know what wiFi fan is,although I googled it and came up with an actual FAN. I have tried to down load 5.3 airport utility with no luck loading it on my Mac 10.7.5. The expess used to work? Thanks for your help.
At the top of your screen, where you go to connect to WiFi networks.
AirPort Utility 5.6 is needed for your Mac, download it from Apple's website here:
