Photo Book never uploaded but payment taken

Hi - I've created a Photo Book in Itunes.

Payment was deducted out of my bank account but the Photo Book never uploaded. System froze during the process.

I have not received an email confirmation from Apple to confirm payment received.

Please help - How do I upload the book without having to pay again?
