How do I increase the size of the Bootcamp Partition

HI

Is there a way to increase the size of the Bootcamp Partition? I tried using the Bootcamp Assistant but it looks like it would erase the entire parttion in the process. I want to avoid that of course. Do I ahve to do it from the windows side?
