All my apps keep crashing since I've updated to ios 6.1 on my ipod 4th gen!!!!!!

Ok so since I've updated to ios 6.1 all my apps have been frequently crashing for no reason, I personally think it's because of the update because before I updated my apps never crashed. Does anyone know what i can do to try and fix it, or Apple could you please make a better ios update. any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.
