Safari not autofilling saved passwords

Hello -- Safari is not autofilling passwords that have been saved. The autofill usernames/passwords preference is checked, and the Keychain Access login keychain is unlocked. Is there a reason this would happen, and how can I fix this?

If it helps, when I try to click "Show Password" in Keychain Access for a web site password, it doesn't show.

I hope you've found a work around at least. I didn't figure out what's causing the issue, but I found a workaround for a similar problem: open the program Keychain Access, find the password entry that's causing problem, and double click it. When the next window opens, switch to the "Access Control" pane and set it to all applications, then save changes. Reload the page in Safari, and it should accept passwords and auto fill correctly.
