So you took it to the Apple Store and showed them that it wouldn't wake from sleep, and they said nothing was wrong? There must be more to the story.
No nothing more to the story They did an diagnostic test and said everything wwas fine
Please read this whole message before doing anything.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode* and log in to the account with the problem. The instructions provided by Apple are as follows:
Didn't show any problems. Thanks for the sugestion
A.
I'm not sure I understand your response. Do you mean that in safe mode, sleep works as expected?
No nothing is changed still same problem but I found out that after i'm on my mac. for a long time then for sure it
won't wake up from sleep mode .
While booted in safe mode, you put the machine to sleep, and it did not wake up. Is that right?
right
You've described your machine as a Mac Pro, but you came here from a support article about the MacBook Air. Which do you have? The Mac Pro is not a portable computer.
alway's mention the macpro laptop
You mean the MacBook Pro. There's a slight chance that this will help:
Intel-based Macs: Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC)
You can read the article in your native language by selecting from the menu on the right side of the page. If there's no change after resetting the SMC, go back to the Apple Store, or a different one, and demonstrate the problem. Don't let anyone tell you that nothing is wrong. Something is wrong. You will probably have to leave the machine there. When you get it back, test before leaving the store.
Ok.thanks ,let you know how things are going
