What do you mean by "iCloud tabs"?

My wife and I were sharing the same iCloud account. we now have separate iCloud accounts, I've switched over iCloud, FaceTime, iMessage, but I can still see her old iCloud Tabs that were in her iPhone before we switched iCloud accounts. How can i fix this
