I have an iphone 5 and an apple and an icoud address or ID for itunes and icloud on that so do i need to download itunes on this PC?

I have an Apple ID and Email addresses for both Apple and icloud so i am wondering if i can download free movies or shows ect online thru the itunes app using my Apple ID without having to download itunes on this PC as well as my iphone 5? Anyone help me please? Thanks

If you want to use iTunes on your PC you will need to Install it.
