can anyone get their email from icloud using their android tablet?

I have access to my icloud email account per your instructions. I do not see a Contacts item in the email account on the android tablet, as I do in my iPhone. I can create an email but it is weird not to scroll through a contact list. shouldn't' I be able to view a contact list?
