trying to restore new i pad from i tunes back up from another i pad which was 64 gb new i pad 16 gb have ticked off most of the apps music to free spacebut get error message that there is not enought free space says 0.160 cant sort out can some body help please
You're moving from a 64GB iPad to one that's a quarter as big ... 16GB. You need an absolute minimum of 1.6GB (10% of the space) free in order for iOS to do its functioning. You say you have 0.16GB free, so you need to free up at least 1.5GB additional to have a chance of squeezing in to the new smaller home.
thanks for your help , being new at this did not explain properly,it says over capacity of 0.16gb and other in yellow13.5 gb when i do try to .synce it says there is not enought free space to hold all selected items additional 1 mb required as error message thanks
