My ipad updated iOS last night, now it is asking for a passcode but I have never set one for this device.

Can it be asking for your iCloud Password?

For some reason it had set the passcode to an MS Exchange account I had set up !!

Anyone getting any answers? I have no password for this device? It is not accepting my itunes password.
