What happens when you try?
Do you use Home sharing?
Are iTunes and iPhone in the same Wi-Fi network?
Did you try to disable your firewall?

Yes i tryed many time with my lap top.but my office desktop will always detect iphone through wifi.i am using sharing and both devices ara in same network. Am not disable any default setting in my laptop(windos 7)
