How am i suppose to back up my iPhone??? PLEASE HELP ME!

I dropped my iphone 4 and the screen cracked a month ago so i replaced the screen at a store. 5 days ago i dropped it again, the touch screen stopped working it was completely black! I want to back up my phone! but it wont let me everytime i try to back it up it says "iTunes could not back up the iPhone “Sarah's iPhone” because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be backed up." I can't enter the password because the touch screen is not working anymore. But the phone is still working it rings when someone calls me and it vibrated when i plug it to the charger

If it has been disabled after entering the wrong passcode - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.

You will need to restore your device from the same computer that you most recently synced to, and restore the device. See - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.

Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is required... Be sure to make an appointment first...

I didnt even enter the passcode because the screen isnt even working. I need to enter the passcode on my iphone if i want to back it up but my problem is i cant enter it because the touch screen stopped working. Is there's anyway to enter my password through my computer???

Nope. The Apple Retail Store mayyyyyyyyyy, possibly be able to do it with their equipment, but there is no way for you to if the touch screen won't respond.
