Just to add more background information. The iPod Nano I have has an iTunes ID which I can't access because I cannot remember the password. I cannot reset the pasword because the UKONLINE, the email I had registered with the password, no longer exists. So, in the past, when I tried to reset it, I found I could not do it because of not having access to the emails anymore. Any advice is welcome.

It is not possible to transfer any purchased content from one AppleID to another, nor can you merge AppleID accounts. You should use the support contacts and ExpressLane links to get help resetting the password on the old account. Without the password for that account you cannot gain access to the purchased content linked to that account.
