Q: Scrolling not working with Magic Mouse and Mountain Lion

I have mountain lion installed on my MacPro and the scrolling does not work on my magic mouse. All the other gestures work except the most important one: scrolling. I also have a trackpad and everything works fine on it. I have checked the settings, reset the PRAM completely disconnected and reconneced the magic mouse. I also tired two additional magic mice. I don't know what the issue is but I really need this fixed.
