my ipod is properly connected to the computer but it wont charge. what can i do?
it wont charge i plugged it in all of my USB ports but it wont work. i really need it . Can someone help???????

- Try another charging source
- Inspect the dock connector for bend or missing contacts, foreign material, corroded contacts, broken, missing or cracked plastic.
- Make an appointment at the Genus Bar of an Apple store.
