How can I open my old applworks documents in my new Mac Book Pro?

I just bought the new Mac Book Pro with Mountain Lion. I had an Ibook G4 with Appleworks. I want to open my documents in my new computer. Is there any software I can use to open my Appleworks documents in my new laptop?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Read Roger Wilmut’s excellent article on Abandoning Appleworks here

If you have any Appleworks databases, there is no alternative software program that will open and read these files. As noted in Roger’s article, you must open them in Appleworks, export them and import them into another database program, such as Filemaker, and rebuild the database layout from scratch.

If you have already given up your iBook and have no access to any other PowerPC Mac, you will have to use my Snow Leopard installed into Parallels solution, posted above to accomplish the exporting of these database files.
