My non-apple devices (Tivo, kindle, Roku) connect to wireless, and to network, but can't access the internet.
My apple products, (desk, laptop, son's iPhone) can connect to internet.
Checked signals with provider who said all connections through modum are working.
What Apple AirPort router are you running?
Sadly, I don't know how to answer that. It is airport extreme 802.11n.

Try a factory reset, as this can iron out configuration issues.
