No internet connection, but I need to restore my iPod.

So, here's the thing. I'm in Afghanistan right now, and I can't connect my computer to the internet. I was getting the (-69) error while syncing, which I resolved. Now, I'm getting the (-50) error. I am going to use those registry commands to fix it, but I have to restore my iPod afterwards (so I understand). However, since I can't connect to the internet, I can't download the restore files again. I recently did it, so is there a way I can find the files already downloaded on my computer and use those, or is there a way that I can download the firmware and transfer it to my computer using a CD-ROM? Oh, I'm running Windows 7, by the way.

Thanks for the help!
