downloaded itunes but cannot locate it

Ran a "Refresh" on my Dell computer.The refresh removed "Itunes?

Have downloaded Itunes64 bit twice and cannot locate it.

It is as if I never downloaded?

confused and iritated!

iPod nano, Other OS, Windows 8
