I can't pull up my email from the mail icon. Can anyone help me?

If you have a free Yahoo account, access from a mail client is not supported, according to Yahoo. You need a paid account. A free account is accessible only through the webmail interface.

FYI Linc, while this is exactly correct (I have a free yahoo for testing) and my account does say that I have no client access when I go to the client setup page in Yahoo, in actuality I can access the account using POP or Imap.

You can access a Free Yahoo Account with IMAP settings?

I have 3 old Bellsouth.net / ATT.yahoo accounts that I would love to setup for IMAP access. I gues I'll have to give it a try on my Mac with Thunderbird.

Yup, that is exactly what I have found, I decided that not only is Yahoo a bit of a rats nest, they are particularly dumb rats. So even though I can not access Yahoo in a client (see below)

It works anyway, I do not trust anything Yahoo.

Thaks C but as Edited above it is not working withb a BS/AT&T account. In any event I no longer am a AT&T user and those BS accounts are only used because of the Yahoo system BS or AT&T switch to to get rid of their mail servers. But recently they, AT&T, are actually re-doing their own Mail servers as now most all mail program by default point you to Outgoing.mail.att.XXX and similar for the incoming. I can't use those as I have No AT&T account anymore.

I gues at some point I'm going to have to dump those email addresses and switch them over to Google.
