Do the apple earpods have warranty

My left pod blew and I bought my iPhone through Verizon 3 months ago. is it possible that I can have them replaced?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1, Ear pods

There is a 12 month warranty for manufacturing faults on all Apple iPhones and accessories

but not for user induced damage

The warranty for your Earphones come under the warranty for your IPhone only if you got them with the IPhone. if your warranty for your IPhone is still valid, you will be able to get your earphones repaired. The warranty does not cover user induced damage. Send In For Repair
