I've got a 64 gb 4S whose wi-fi receiver broke and it's still under warranty.
There is something i wanna know though; if the 64/32 gb models of the 4s are no longer being made, what will services replace my 4S with?

The 32 and 64 gB models are no longer available at the retail sales level. They are available as warranty replacements as required.

Assuming they are authorized Apple service centers/cell carriers, yes. Where did you purchase the iPhone?

On a side note, is it absolutely necessary to provide the receipt or warranty paper(s) of the Iphone if the come-with Apple warranty (verifyable on their site) is still active?
If it is an authorized Apple repair site probably not, but you would need to check with the vendor you go to.
