I sometimes let my 3 year old use my iPod and he constantly sets a password (not passcode) that no one can guess and I have completely resore the iPod. Other than not letting him play with it anymore, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!!

Sets a password for what?
He finds his was into the settings, and sets a lock code. Instead of the 4 digit code, he selects a password. He then locks the iPod, tries to open it and disables the iPod.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Thanks. That's worked for me a couple of times now. What I am wondering is if there a way to pass ode protect apps or folders for that matter so that he can't even access the iPod settings.
