Download changes name

This is really weird but when I download a certain document from my work email, it changes the name. For example I have a file called GB 02-08-2013.docx that I have to download weekly and change the number (which indicates the date), and when I click the file to download the name is changed to GB%2002-08-08-2013. I saw another post about it adding the %20 for spaces but did not see a resolution.

This only is an issue with Safari. When I use Chrome it downloads correctly.

My work email is accessed via OWA.
