I have partially loaded songs on iPod Classic (the complete song is on iPhone and iStore). In order to fix, do I have to restore everytime?

I have had this happen on several songs. They are playing and change to another song after a minute. I know I have the whole song as I have played iot on the computer. I have also downloaded it from the cloud on to my iPhone. There are 7000 songs on my ipod, i do not have time to check off each one to load.The only way I have found to fix this is to restore the ipod. Chances are this song is fixed and then another song is problematic. Is there an easier way?
