I was having problems with my iMessage on my iPad, freezing up. I deleted the app for it by error. I went to the App Store and the iMessage apps don't look like the one that came installed on my iPad.
How can I re install or re download it?
Can I use other iMessages from the App Store and will they work with my iohone??

You can't delete it because it's built into the iOS. Check all your screens and inside all your folders. You can swipe your screens to the right to bring up spotlight search and search for "Messages". If the app is inside a folder, the folder name will appear to the right of the app icon. If after searching you still can't find it go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. This will restore the home screen to its original configuration but may move other apps around to do so.

And you cannot download it from the App Store. It doesn't exist there anyways.
