Q: How to get my money back when i have downgraded immediately?

Very difficult to find contact data to apple!

I upgraded from 20GB to 50 GB and was immediately withdrawn for both of the storage alternatives from my credit card.

I did not need 50GB, and would like a full refund.

How can I get this?

Contact Apple directly at 1 800 692 7753. Explain you would like a refund on your iCloud storage. They will be able to look up your purchase, and verify if you successfully cancelled it or not. They can also ensure it is cancelled.
