Cant cancel subscription.

Followed instructions in Apple support but when I go to the manage apps page there is no Manage subscriptions section/button - i can still see I'm getting charged for the (NY times) app each month. (So it should come up.)

Any ideas?

iPad 2, iOS 6.1
