why cant i watch videos, even youtube?
i just bought a new macbook pro. what do i need to dwnload in order to watch videos? i cant even watch anything on youtube. plz help

how do i close open/running programs in the background? thx you
You can see what is running in the back ground with heads-up screen (command - tab)
You can tab through command - q will quit the app.
or use your mouse and dropdown menu>Quit.
If you are still trying to install, quit all apps and restart with the flash.dmg on your Desktop.
If you have many apps in you log-in starting up do a safe boot (hold shift key) on start up.
