If I already own a season pass and iTunes is asking me to buy the newest episode and I do, will I be charged? (Archer season 4 ep4)

I guess I have to restate my question...

I already own archer season 4. The new episode came out 30+ hours ago and I still have not received my email saying I can download the new episode. The episode is on iTunes but says I must purchase it while all previous episodes I have the option to download again. If I say I want to pay for it, will I actually be charged for it?
