All of a sudden I can't access a particular web-admin site that I had been using, my ISP says my internet connection is good and that it's probably an anti-virus software/firewall that is blocking my website. But I've gotten rid of avast and iantivirus and turned off the firewall and I still cannot access my site. Somebody PLEASE HELP ME!

What site? Could be an issue with that site. If you don't share that info, we can't look into it and see if we're seeing the same thing.
If you don't want to share this info, then try another PC and even another location/ISP. If it still doesn't work, then that site is down for some reason.
It's not an issue with the site, a friend can open from his computer and I can access the site from my phone.
Can you ping the site? I guess if you're "admin" level, have you checked to make sure it's not a routing issue with your laptop? If it's not, then it could just be a browser issue, in which case, fix the browser or try another one as a test.
How do you 'ping' a site? How do I check that it's not a routing issue? The site doesn't open with Safari. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and it doesn't load
