updating for ios 4.3

I just connected my iphone 4 to my pc computer for the first time. I don't have any of the software updates (including ios 4.3). How do I install the software / ios updates?

Click here and scroll down until you find the instructions to update it from iTunes on a computer. Use them to update it to 6.1.
