I accidently deleted a whole bunch of client folders in mac mail which is linked to gmail and google apps.
I don't want to restore my whole time machine back up just the mac mai from a few days ago.
Is that possible?

Open Mail, go to Time Machine, scroll back until the folders are there, restore that.
