Please Help!!!! :(

Hey Guys!!! i need help, i have a windows 7 computer and a iphone 4, i have safari on both devices but i want to know if its possible and if it is how can i do it, i want to send all my bookmarks from my computer to my phone without having to type in the url's is this possible? Please Help!!!!! 😉
