You tube and Netflix don't work on Apple TV?

You tube and Netflix don't work on Apple TV?

I am able to get into apple content but Netflix and you tube come up as unable to connect. I am using my existing accounts on these services. Any ideas?

what about trailers and podcasts ?

asking because maybe your appletv only have lan network connection and not

internet connection

i got into Netflix. Still no dice with You Tube or WSJ. Trailers work fine. When trying to update the software Apple TV says..."step one of two preparing the update.." then the update stops and says "unable to update"

any ideas here?
