iMovie on iPad, how to delete recorded audio clips from the audio library?

I am using iMovie on my iPad for narrating some videos made with Doceri. Basically, everything works fine.

I realized that all my recorded clips could not be deleted from a project, even if they were not used. I deleted the project itself and by comparing available space before and after, it seems that those audio clips do net get deleted.

The only way I was able to reclaim the space was by deleting iMovie and reinstall it.
