iPhone 5 not connected through bluetooth

I am settings

bluetooth = on

Devices

searching... (spinning wheel)

Now Discoverable is Blank

2 days and counting that wheel has been spinning...I am not sure where is the issue.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2, Bluetuth is not working.

other iPhone5 (bluetooth is on) and my Nokia bluetooth headset BH-109 and apple iPod. bit it's not show any device.

Out of those devices, only the Bluetooth can be connected to the iPhone. See below for supported protocols.
